The Workart for this week features a drippy mahi. Mahi are one of my favorite fish. I love to catch them, eat them, and paint them. They mature quickly compared to other oceanic fish. Mahi mahi means "strong-strong" in Polynesian. They can reach speeds of up to 60mph. The largest mahi recorded, weighing 87lbs, was caught off Costa Rica in 1976.
