The first Saturday in November marks National Bison Day. I'm a little early; but, I thought it would be a great Workart piece!

The American Bison, also commonly known as the American buffalo, once roamed the grasslands of North America in massive herds, and narrowly avoided extinction. With the work of conservationists, these majestic animals are regaining numbers. Bison are featured on two state flags (Wyoming and Kansas), the seal of the Department of the Interior, and on several pieces of U.S. currency!

This original piece is a 12"x12" acrylic painting on a stretched cotton canvas. It is framed in a black wooden frame measuring 15.25”x15.25”. Only one available! Email if you have questions or want more information. All the Workart 2022 pieces come with certificates of authenticity.
