Of course we'd have to have a turkey for the Thanksgiving week! 

Some wild turkey facts for this week: A male's tail feathers show the age of the bird. If the feathers of the outer layer of the tail are all the same length, the bird is a mature tom. If they step down from the long middle feathers, it is a juvenile jake. Occasionally, female turkeys display their tail fans and strut just like the males!
