Couldn't leave the cattle out of this week. I've practiced the horses several times so I thought I'd revisit this cow I was working on. She's on a friend's place, and she posed like this was her good side.... so here she is!

Cattle Facts: U.S. farmers and ranchers produce 18% of the world's beef with only 8% of the world's cattle. That's pretty efficient! The U.S. is the fourth largest consumer of beef (79.3lbs per capita) behind Uruguay (124.2lbs), Argentina (120.2lbs) and Hong Kong (114.3lbs)! More than 98% of the beef animal is used. 60% of the animal goes to make products such as medical products, insulin, sports balls, candles, soaps, clothing, paintbrushes, etc.
